[Tgcmgroup] GEOV (WACCM visualizer)

Hi tgcmgroup:

We have installed ACD's IDL viewer GEOV for use by HAO/TISO. 
GEOV is useful for browsing WACCM histories. 

To use GEOV at HAO, add the following to your ~/.cshrc file:

setenv IDL_PATH $IDL_PATH\:/home/tgcm/geovroot

After sourcing your .cshrc file, you should be able to start the viewer
with the command "idl geov".

To use GEOV at SCD (dave, dataproc, etc), add this to your .cshrc files:

setenv IDL_PATH "<IDL_DEFAULT>"\:/fis/hao/tgcm/geovroot
alias idl /usr/local/bin/idl

Start it with "idl geov".
