[Tgcmgroup] dataproc

Dear tgcmgroup:

Scd machines are gradually coming back up after the power supply
failure last week.

I noticed that on dataproc, the .rhosts files was apparently
renamed to Rhosts in the home directory. This breaks rcp commands
from other machines to dataproc (e.g., the hao "submit" script).

To fix this, just copy or rename ~/Rhosts to ~/.rhosts on dataproc.
