[Tgcmgroup] updated gpi and ncep files for tgcm

Hi tgcmgroup (sorry if you have received this message twice):

I have written a new netcdf GPI (GeoPhysical Indices) data file
with f10.7 flux (daily and average) and Kp through day 60 of 2004.
The mss path is:

/TGCM/data/gpi_1979001-2004060.nc

This file can be used in tgcm related programs as follows:
  rdgpi namelist read:   (mssfile = '/TGCM/data/gpi_1979001-2004060.nc')
  tiegcm1 namelist read: (GPI_NCFILE = '/TGCM/data/gpi_1979001-2004060.nc')
  tgcm24 namelist read:  (GPI_NCFILE = '/TGCM/data/gpi_1979001-2004060.nc')

The Kp and solar flux data was taken from ngdc:
ftp://ftp.ngdc.noaa.gov/STP/GEOMAGNETIC_DATA/INDICES/KP_AP/

FYI, I have also written a new netcdf ncep 10 mb boundary file for use 
with timegcm (namelist NCEP_NCFILE): /TGCM/data/ncep_1979001-2004060.nc
