[TCDP-flight-news] correction: FLIGHT+ Dataset extension for 2014-2018 storms is now complete

A slight correction: The previous message should have said that this adds
data for the *2014*-2018 storms. Whereas, the 2014-2015 data had been
previously provided as v1.3-beta data products back in 2018 when v1.3 was
first released, they had not undergone the same quality control and visual
checks as earlier years of data in the dataset had. These two years have
now been checked to the same degree of quality as the 1999-2013 data, as
has the new 2016-2018 data.

Best regards,
Jonathan
