[pyngl-talk] NclGRIB2: codetable file

When I am running a python code to extract the data from a grib2 (grb2, the
grib output of HWRF) file, I am getting the following response
"*NclGRIB2: codetable file
"/gpfs1/home/ibm/anaconda3/Anaconda3-2019/lib/python3.7/site-ackages/PyNIO/ncarg/grib2_codetables/ncep/4/4.2.255.255.table"
not a valid GRIB2 code table*."
Where do I find the NclGRIB2: codetable file named as "*4.2.255.255.table*".
