[pyngl-talk] How to autocomplete the functions?

Hi all,

i am trying to transfer from Ncl to PyNGL(python v3.7.3).

i am curious about how to autocomplete the functions and resources when using PYNGL, 
Just like writing codes(NCL) in Sublime Text.
