The Staff Mentoring Program connects individuals across NCAR/UCAR/UCP for a
nine-month guided mentorship experience. *Sign up now

August 1st to participate as a mentor and/or a mentee.*

Participation is completely voluntary and open to everyone in every job
category across NCAR, UCAR and UCP. All staff are eligible and invited to
participate.

The nine-month guided mentoring experience includes pair matching based on
multiple dimensions of compatibility, facilitated briefings throughout the
nine-month program and access to templates, support and resources from the
mentoring team. We will guide you from first introductions through goal
setting and progress making, wrapping up with an intentional ending of
separation, redefinition and handoff.
