Hi everyone,

There is an upcoming NCAR/UCAR virtual webinar and panel discussion
<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NG2bTgF-exFA6kxp-XZHJBmr2jCdt5S5/view?usp=sharing>
on the impacts of diversity, equity, and inclusion on the future of the
Earth science field. This panel is a stellar group, representing some of
our peer and funding institutions, including NSF. It has been put together
by the UCAR/NCAR employee resource groups (A5, FACES, MGEN, Military and
Veterans Group, and True Colors).

Please see the attached flyer and register
<https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_IldWSKs5R2m1q4g8lw-isA> for
the virtual panel discussion webinar, *“Earth System Futures: Human
Intersections” on *July 20, 2022 from 10-11:30 am MT. The panelists for the
event are Melissa Burt (Colorado State University), Fushcia-Ann Hoover
(University of North Carolina-Charlotte), Brandon Jones (National Science
Foundation), and Billy Williams (American Geophysical Union). At this
webinar, they will share their expert perspectives on the impact of DEI on
the present and future of our field.

Also, feel free to share this widely with your colleagues; this event is
