[Nsa] ECSA call for travel fund application

Dear all,

The ECSA is pleased to announce that the call for ECSA travel fund
application is now open until February 15th, 2021.
This fund is meant for early career NCAR scientists who would like to
attend online or in-person conferences, workshops, or meetings in FY2021,
but who do not have sufficient resources to go.
