[Nsa] Invitation for Proposals - NCAR E&O Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Dear NCAR Scientific Staff,

I wanted to remind you about the NCAR DEI proposal deadline this Friday.
Also, please reach out if you have an idea, but you might not be able to
get a proposal organized by Friday.  We'd love to know what you have in
mind.
