[ncl-talk] Maps flipped on their sides

Barry, I am trying to figure out if this is a side effect of the panel or
overlay functions. What happens if you plot only the first map by itself,
without any paneling? (Set res at gsnDraw and res at gsnFrame to True, right
before gsn_csm_contour_map. Then exit immediately after.)
