[ncl-talk] Weighted standard deviation

Sorry:

[1] As you noted, there is no  function to compute the weighted standard
deviation.
[2] The standard deviation in *dim_standardize* is not weighted.

NCL has functions to compute the weighted mean(s)\
EG: *dim_avg_wgt_n_Wrap
