[ncl-talk] Plotting wavelet

Dear NCL-Experts,

I'm following example 1 of plotting the wavelet of daily rainfall from here:
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/wavelet.shtml

How do I cut the y-axis to 128?
Attached is the sample plot and script.
