[ncl-talk] Data values out of range of levels set by EXPLICITLEVELS mode

Hi:

First thing to do is to printMinmax(X,False) to be sure that your data is
within the contours.  You can also use the where statement to limit the
display of data to within a range of values, setting all else to X@
_Fillvalue.
