[ncl-talk] Issues with NCL and latest version of XQuartz X11?

Michael, it looks like this is a known problem with the XQuartz 2.8.5
release.  It is affecting other X11 software, not just NCL.  The suggested
workaround is to back down to 2.8.4, until the problem is resolved.  Also
it looks like the developers are actively working on this.
