[ncl-talk] Time Latitude Plot problems

Hi again,

I have a second poorly formatted data file.

The first problem seems to be there are too many Latitude coordinates (circa 4000), and since the latitude variables is not non-monotonic, I can not plot a values subset.

The second problem is that the time is not a coordinate, but only a value; this problem should be solved.

Could you please help me to decode the data?
