I have a second poorly formatted data file.<br>

The first problem seems to be there are too many Latitude coordinates (circa 4000), and since the latitude variables is not non-monotonic, I can not plot a values subset.<br>

<br>

The second problem is that the time is not a coordinate, but only a value; this problem should be solved.<br>

<br>

Could you please help me to decode the data?<br>
