[ncl-talk] gfortran not consistent with the version of NCAR Graphics

Please try "which ncargf90" at the linux shell prompt. I suspect ncargf90
is buried somewhere inside a conda install block. Also try "where
ncargf90" to check whether you might have multiple instances in your active
command path.
