[ncl-talk] read and plot over certain grid

Hi,
I am trying to read a binary input file using NCL and trying to map it over
a grid which I am reading from another file. But when I am plotting them,
it shows the whole globe, not the grid mentioned in tile 5 grid. I have
attached the code and uploaded binary and grid file. Any suggestions will
be helpful.
