[ncl-talk] ncl install

Hi Deba

When you used "conda create -n ncl_stable -c conda-forge ncl" you create 
a ncl_stable enviremmont....
So you should activate this enviremmont like:
conda activate ncl_stable
and then:
source activate ncl_stable
