[ncl-talk] Segmentation fault (core dumped) error message (Ubuntu)

I recently installed Ncl 6.6.2 on Windows 10 Linux sub-system.  Previously,
I was running Ncl with Cygwin.

Interestingly, my problem is, while reading data I got Segmentation fault
(core dumped) error message. The command line is very simple;

 a = addfile("Era5_Europe.grib","r")

The data file is in grib format and it is only 35 mb. Do you have any idea
what is going on? I was able to work with this data with Cygwin Ncl version
6.5.0.
