[ncl-talk] Odd plotting of data

Hello All,

I am doing a 3-panel line plot. The first plot had DEC CO concentration data, the second plot has model data CO concentration plot, and the third NCL (feeds the difference between the two sets of data into a new array) and plots. The script runs, however, when it plots it shows no line data in the first plot, the second plot appears correct, the third plot is supposed to be in red color but is plotting in blue. I have attached the input files and the NCL script.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you,

Jason
