[ncl-talk] Histogram Legend without lgLineLabelStrings

[LSL]

Thanks for the help from Dennis and Adam. Now there is no complain on 
the screen after executing the ncl script, but there is still no 
lgLineLabelStrings beside the line  on the figure.
