[ncl-talk] High resolution packages in NCL-6.6.2

Under Macports, the high resolution package is installed separately from
NCARG/NCL.  Mac OS only.  Maybe Conda has something like this.  Check your
repo website.

    "port install rangs-gshhs-ncarg"
