[ncl-talk] Label title position

Hi,

I don't know for certain, but you might experiment with the lbTitlePosition
resource:

    http://ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/Resources/lb.shtml

Note that it has interactions with lbTitleDirection, so you may need to
specify both.
