Hello Ehsan,
you can try to plot GSF data using the nomdas opoendap server (
https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:9090/dods/) or unidata server (
https://thredds.ucar.edu/thredds/idd/forecastModels.html)
for download the gfs data you can download only your interest area in this
website: (https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/) in grib filter, the download is
much faster if you not download entire global GFS, and you can create some
script for download and with a CRON job you can download periodically
