[ncl-talk] Change "Valid Time" on WRF NCL Plots

Dear NCL Experts,


How do I change the time on the "Valid Time" on WRF NCL Plots? The time in the wrfout files are all in UTC and I want to change it to my local time by adding +8 hours to it. How can I do this easily?
