[ncl-talk] Duplicated titles

I am not particularly knowledgeable about the WRFUserPlot functions.
These are stylized and were not created by NCL developers.

WRFUser had their own way of rendering graphics.

It looks like you are adding:
    res at tiMainString
Try removing that.
