[ncl-talk] plotting of mean track from best track data

Hello everyone,
I have best track data of all the total recurving cyclones occurring over
the NIO from 1982 till present. What I want to show is the mean track of
the total cyclones occurring over the NIO for both the Arabian Sea and the
Bay of Bengal, so in this regard, if anyone can help of how to plot the
mean track it will be much helpful
