[ncl-talk] Classification of different cloud types

I would like to inform that the below example is not working at all. .
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/Scripts/cloudsat_2.ncl
So it is better that either remove it totally or update it according to
meaningful away. There is no sign of "decode" based on bit fields as
mentioned in Table 5 in the site.
