[ncl-talk] Dropping a Zero

Hello:

I am trying to add a 0 in front of my decimal fractions along the label
bar.  I explicitly wrote them out, but the 0 still drops.

(2) res1 at lbLabelStrings = 0.2

(3) res1 at lbLabelStrings = 0.3

(4) res1 at lbLabelStrings = 0.4

(6) res1 at lbLabelStrings = 0.6

(7) res1 at lbLabelStrings = 0.7

(8) res1 at lbLabelStrings = 0.8
