[ncl-talk] use system procedure to convert graphic

When I used system procedure to convert a pdf file into a gif one in my ncl script, it jumped out a error message about convert said that 
 convert:PDFDelegateFailed '[ghostscript library 9.19]'...
 I had searched it in the internet, somebody said it means i didn't install ghostscript before. But I can convert them in my cygwin outside ncl app. 
 So what's wrong with my ncl script? How can I recover it?
