[ncl-talk] Error in bar plot

I am trying to make a bar plot using IBtracs cyclone data. My objective is
to plot the frequency of extremely severe cyclonic storms against the storm
year. But I face the following error, and the barplot is not generated.
Code and figure are attached. Data is uploaded through FTP. Kindly help me
to fix the error.
