[ncl-talk] shapefile problem

Dear all,
I have tried to plot a region using shapefile. However, I faced an error,
which says shapefile cannot be opened. What would be the problem and how
can I sort it out. Please kindly help me.and, have a look at the attached
files, showing the script and shapefile I am using and the error.
