[ncl-talk] Issues with Date Strings in Plots

As per the docs:


http://ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/User_contributed/time_axis_labels.shtml

It is a contributed function, and requires:

    load "$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/contrib/time_axis_labels.ncl"
