[ncl-talk] How to restore the "Height" Label

Hi Laura,
The height of each row of plots (gsnPanelTop - gsnPanelBottom) need to be
equal for both calls to gsn_panel; I"m not clear whether that is the case
in your script. Also, if each plot is the exact same height and you only
need one labelbar, there should be no reason to call gsn_panel twice. You
might have to tweak the PanelXF settings if you do this.
