[ncl-talk] Ask for help of WRAPIT

Hi,

You are getting a compiler warning message, but not an error and it looks
like the code still compiles and links. Are you not getting the expected
behavior out of NCL -- and what might that behavior be?

We can look into tightening things up so that the compiler warning is not
produced.
