[ncl-talk] converting hdf to NC

There is **no need** to convert the file to netCDF. NCL can access the file
HDF [HDF-EOS] *directly. *Creating a separate netCDF file just increases
(doubles) file storage space.

FYI: From the Unix/Linux command line:

*%>* *ncl_convert2nc* 2011040011644_25451_CS_2B-GEO
PROF_GRANULE_P1_R05_E03_F00.hdf.*he2*

should work just fine.
