[ncl-talk] Hoe to set the color of border alone, such as the Left or the Right Y axis

Hi,
   I'm a ncl user and have been puzzled by the way of setting the color of Y axis  alone, such as the left Y axis red, the right blue, and the resource tmBorderLineColor changes the color of all border. I'll appreciate it if you guys can help me,Thank you!
