[ncl-talk] An example for Taylor Diagram, includes negative correlation space

Hi Rashed,

Thank you very much for this useful contribution.

This half-circle has been requested by several people.

This will be added to the 'Taylor Diagram' page.

   http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/taylor.shtml

Likely, the function will be called 'taylor_diagram_cam_uvic'

eg: plot(m)  = taylor_diagram_cam_uvic(wks,ratio,cc,bias,opt)

that will avoid function name confusion.
