[ncl-talk] Overlay plot misfit

Hi D.
The problem is that your first two plots are in units of hPa on the Y axis
and latitude on the X axis.
Your XY plot is in meters on the Y axis and latitude on the X axis.
You need to convert g to hPa before you create plot3, so that it is in the
same units as the other two plots.
