[ncl-talk] phase difference in plots

Hi and HAPPY new YEAR . 

my name is Sajede 

I Need your help 

I send you my script in Word Document 

in that ,i highlightet 2 parts  

=> part1 is "YELLOW" which contains my problem 

=>part2 is "GREEN" which has no problem in ploting 

and also i send you the related plots in "png" format

my problem is why the "PART.png" has PHASE differences?
