[ncl-talk] Installing NCL on ubuntu 16.04 LTS, 32-bit, intel core i5

Respected sir/ma'm,

I am Vijay Vishwakarma. Recently I have installed 'anaconda3' on my pc. Now
I want to install NCL and work on it using atmospheric-science data.
Kindly suggest me suggest me how should I proceed further? Your suggestions
are very vital to my work. Please respond to me.
