[ncl-talk] fatal:systemfunc: cannot create child process:[errno=12]

HI Jalal,

errno=12 is an out of memory error. Are you working with a very large file
and/or a memory constrained system. The call to systemfunc() coming from
gsn_open_wks() was merely a test to see that the directory where the PNG
will get written exists and is writeable.
