[ncl-talk] Plotting Meteogram From WRF Data?

I'm looking at meteo_1.ncl and meteo_2.ncl and am wondering where the file
meteo_data.nc comes from?  Is there a separate program to generate this
file from the wrfout files?  The wrfout files will not work for these
programs, but do in meteo_5.ncl (which uses wrfout files).
