[ncl-talk] Change Urban Categories to Open Shrubland in WPS GEOGRID

I am trying to convert all the urban categories (1 to 10) from my local climate zone map to WPS/geogrid categories (31-40) using the attached code. Is it possible to do it in NCL and the final result be plotted or not. I will be grateful to you for your help.
