[ncl-talk] Possible bug with vcGlyphOpacityF < 1

Hi all,
I don't know whether it is an intended behaviour or not but I've come across a weird result.
I'm overlying wind barbs (tried also curly vectors) over a contour map. When setting the opacity of the vectors to value <1, e.g. ResV at vcGlyphOpacityF = 0.25, the geophysical borders are also drawn with transparency. Is this normal?
Attached are two PNGs as example and my script.
Cheers
