[ncl-talk] How to obtain the data files used in the example scripts

Dear Huang,
We cannot provide all of the datasets used in the examples because either
they are too large, or were provided by users who didn't want us
redistributing them with the examples, or we simply don't have them any
more.
Sometimes we can provide the files offline if you tell us which ones you
need.
If you are just browsing the NCL website and trying to learn NCL by looking
at examples, then I highly recommend that you look at the NCL User
Guide (NUG), which comes with a full suite of examples and all the data
files you need to run them.
