Hi Debasish,
Unfortunately BUFR still remains low on our list of things to support, but
hopefully the links from Guido and Carlos are helpful.
I did add your request to our existing JIRA ticket for BUFR support
(NCL-191 for your reference).
We've had many internal conversations on this topic over the years and it's
clear that BUFR is not a trivial format to support.
We will keep the ticket alive in case this becomes a more pressing request.
