[ncl-talk] Converting shapefiles to netcdf using NCL_convert2nc

MY idea is to use the shapefile as a .nc mask file to plot precipitation teleconnections over a basin.
Since the shapefile is made up of many shapes, and attributes, i cannot make it visualize in NCL.
SO i decided to create a .nc to overlay on my precipitation plots and mask the other regions out.
